As I watched this series, it stirred up many emotions and reflections on my own cancer scare journey. While entertaining for some, “Apple Cider Vinegar” serves as a powerful reminder of the importance of discernment in our personal health journeys. It emphasizes the need to create space for self-reflection, trust our intuition, and educate ourselves rather than blindly following advice from online influencers.
In my six-year wellness journey, I’ve learned the crucial importance of treating our bodies holistically. As I’ve often mentioned to my community, true wellness encompasses nutrition, movement, nervous system care, connection, supplementation, sleep, hydration, and more.
