Clarita Escalante is the author and creator of The Wellness Journal, an essential part of anyone’s mental, emotional, and physical journey, contributing to a healthy mindset and empowering people to make positive changes. A certified transformational nutrition health coach, Clarita created The Wellness Journey after her personal experience with a cancer diagnosis in 2018. After spending a year angry, confused, and viewing the world from a “victim” mentality, she realized she needed a change. She needed to understand her health differently and from a holistic perspective.
Clarita began to see the infinite connections between the mind, body, and spirit and how all needed to be in alignment for true healing to begin. She has now dedicated her career and mission to helping women build simple and actionable habits to reach their goals in every aspect of their lives. By shifting perspectives, believing in abundance, expressing gratitude, and building community, Clarita helps to build a strong foundation of health for everyone to achieve their dreams and desires. She is also the podcast host of “The Clarita Escalante Show,” interviewing other health and wellness experts from around the world to help share knowledge and best practices with her global community.

Body = Gym
We don't need a gym membership or a cross fit workout. All we need is just to move our body. If you only have 5, 10 or 15 minutes to go for a walk, that's ok. Just move!
When creating a balanced healthy meal plate, including the following: Carbs + Healthy Fats + Protein + Veggies = Balanced Meal
New goal > make the space. Dedicate just a few minutes on Sunday to create the space for the new goal. By creating the space you will be able to he the time for your new Nutrition, Movement or any other goal. It will be easier to create consistency and eventually see change. If you create the space, you won't have to be at the mercy of motivation or inspiration.
