A year of inner healing
This year has been a year of deep transformation, personally and in business, and it feels like the beginning of a more grounded, intentional, and expansive chapter for both me and Claridad.
This year, life invited a different pace. Instead of rushing, I chose to pause, listen, and ground myself in ways I had never allowed before, and for the first time, slowing down did not feel like “falling behind,” but like finally catching up with my own soul.
I went deeper into my wellness and healing emotionally, spiritually, mentally, and physically. I faced the parts of myself I had once avoided, the “Pandora’s box” I feared would be too much, and discovered that what lived there was not my undoing, but my liberation.
Returning home to myself
By creating space and quieting the constant noise, I was able to hear my own inner wisdom more clearly. From that space came reflection, compassion, and a level of clarity I had been craving for years.
I released layers of fear and the pressure to prove, perform, or be anything other than who I truly am. Today, I feel a deep sense of “I am enough,” and an authentic gratitude for the life I am living right now, not a future version, but this one.
Claridad: intentional rituals for everyday life
On the business side, Claridad also experienced a powerful evolution. Claridad has always been about clean, intentional wellness products, and this year we created even more space to ensure every offering truly supports your well-being and daily rituals.
From our Wellness Journal that invites you to go deeper, to our Sleep Spray that helps you unwind at night, to our Calm Roller to ground you during the day, to our non-toxic candles and nourishing body soaps, every product was crafted to be safe for you, your family, and even your pets, prioritizing cleaner ingredients that honor your hormones and your home.
Looking ahead to 2026
Looking toward 2026, there is so much to be excited about. Claridad is expanding with a new skincare and body line designed to support your rituals from head to toe, while staying true to our commitment to non-toxic, high-vibe wellness staples.
Behind the scenes, this year I continued my education in nutrition and wellness so I can serve you more deeply. Early in 2026, my online practice will open, offering personalized services to help you stop guessing and start understanding what your unique body truly needs through supplementation, nutrition, and lifestyle tools and rituals.

From my heart to yours: thank you for walking this path with me. This year was about creating space and going deeper in purpose; next year is about bringing that purpose even more fully to light, and it is an honor to share it with you.
